The service provided was very supportive and active, ensuring an overall good stay. The dining experience at Magnolia restaurant was sumptuous with a variety of local and international dishes. The value for money is reasonable and the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel has okay rooms with a single medium-sized LCD TV. While not that clean, they are damp with molds. Limited parking area is a downside. The service was very helpful and friendly without apologizing for delays. The location, though in a bylane, is ideal as it's in the center of Pune. Very close to Deccan Gymkhana and Ferguson College, but somewhat affected by construction. Dining in the restaurant offered a spread in the semi-open setting with different sweet dishes daily. Regional dishes are available.

Overall, the facilities were satisfactory with free Wi-Fi internet.
